Obv: Metaphor church on clouds. Church in left hand, keys in right hand. Leg: SEDE VACAN - 1740. Reverse Dove above Papal arms. Leg: NVTAMTIA COR - DA TV DIRIGAS. NGC graded MS-62.

This is a Sede Vacante issue. Translated, this means vacant seat. Such coins were issued upon the death of one pope and before the next was elected. Various archbishoprics issued Sede Vacante coins as well.
