Denmark. Ducat, 1699. Fr-170; Hede-53; KM-453; 3.46 grams. 20.90 mm. Christian V, 1670-1699. Portrait bust of king right. Leg: CHRIST.V.D.G - DAN.N.V.G.REX. Reverse Ship in Christiansborg harbor. Leg: CHRISTIANS = BVRG, date below. Very Rare. NGC graded AU-58.

One of the most important trade ducats and a difficult coin to attain for ship collectors. An almost never offered type. One of the last coins produced by Christian before his untimely death.
