The digit "9" in the date repunched, or double-cut. A flashy brilliant Choice Proof with a moderate cameo, the best of only several seen in over two decades. Extremely rare (R5: just 6 to 10 known). With a most impressive pedigree. NGC graded Proof 63 Cameo.
