Peru. 8 Reales, 1772 J.M. (Lima). Eliz-27; WR-8; KM-78. 26.88 grams. Charles III, 1759-1788. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Charles III right. Reverse: Crowned Bourbon arms, flanked by bannered pillars. Superbly struck, with satiny to lustrous devices on reflective fields. Some very faint hairlines, othwerwise choice surfaces with fine cartwheel luster. A superb coin.

First year of issue. NGC graded MS-61.
