Peres, Shimon (1923 -) 9th and current President of the state of Israel. 4½" x 7" color PS signed by Peres on the lower edge of the blue 5¾" x 8¼" mount. Peres and Yitzhak Rabin are pictured at a meeting with Yasser Arafat, President of the Palestinian Authority, c. 1993. Peres, Rabin, and Arafat won the 1994 Nobel Peace Prize. Fine.
