Daugherty, who would survive an indictment for conspiracy to defraud the government and a bill of impeachment. Appointing Christian F. Kleinknecht as Notary Public for the District of Columbia. Fine; one horizontal fold; the outer edges of the document are toned from an earlier framing; the Department of Justice seal is intact, with dark toning around the edges.
