Hughes just over 130 acres of land in Franklin, Missouri. Coutersigned by George Graham as Commissioner of the General land Office. Age wear and tearing; loss to vellum at two lower right folds, affecting part of Graham's title and part of paper seal is missing. Adams' signature is bold.
