Very good; first page is soiled. To Richard Lord, Bishop of London, ordering that the next Sunday "the Church Wardens or Overseers of the Poor do…collect the Benevolence of charitable and well disposed People…within each Parish for…the Support and Relief of Our said Poor Subjects…the Ministers [should] exite their Parishioners to a charitable Contribution…".
