Carnegie, Andrew (1835-1919) Industrialist, philanthropist. ANS at the bottom of a letter written by a young Norwegian admirer in 1897 asking for Carnegie's autograph. Carnegie writes, "Here it is, Yours always, Andrew Carnegie." The note has a couple of contemporary ink smears, else fine. With a FDC featuring Carnegie.
