STS-61-C, 1986, FLOWN GEORGIA STATE FLAG & CREW PATCH. The flag (6x9") and crew patch are mounted in a special wood/lucite NASA presentation plaque (10x21.5") on a certificate that reads: "Presented to Jerome B. Hammack, / In recognition of your many years of dedicated service to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration / From your friends at the Johnson Space Center, signed Aaron Cohen, Director, JSC". The certificate also reads: "This Georgia state flag and crew patch were flown aboard the Space Shuttle "Columbia", during STS 61-C, January 12-January 18, 1986". Pristine and the first presentation piece like this we have seen.
