1951 February 23, Greenwood Lake, NY, Anniversary Rocket Covers. An unusual lot of flown/unflown covers and mint stamps. Included are a mint single and sheet of four of the red rocket stamp with blue overprint, a mint single of the green rocket stamp with red overprint, a flown cover and card from the original 1936 flight used with the original rocket stamps, then recancelled in 1951 without the overprinted Anniversary stamps added AND a 1951 cover used with the Anniversary red/blue stamp AND an original 1936 photo card cancelled in 1951 but without the green/red Anniversary stamp added.
