1935 September 22, Astoria, NY Flown Rocket Covers. Lot of two similar covers, one of which was flown with a carmine rocket stamp tied by a "Damaged" black handstamp and the other used without the rocket stamp, but with the same handstamp. Only 198 flown covers received the "Damaged" handstamp. E-Z No. 6C1, C1a, 1996 cat. = $450.
