1934 December 16, Saugor Island Flown Rocket Cover and Insert. With a "First Night Firing to Lighthouse" black and white rocket stamp in the upper left and tied by a blue rectangular handstamp. The cover is signed by Mary Shenton, daughter of the Keeper of the Lighthouse, at the lower left. A small insert, showing the crest of "The Devonshire Regiment" and "Greetings by Rocket", was flown in the cover and is included. Only 250 covers and inserts were flown. E-Z No. 6C1, 1996 cat. = $200.
