Ivory Handled Carving Set. Carving fork (12½") and knife (15¾"), steel with ivory handles featuring carved busts of two male figures. Knife with partially faded engraved blade, "[ ]ers & Sons, Cutlers To Her Majesty" and markings, indicating it is from the same makers of Queen Victoria's official cutlery (reign 1837-1901). Knife handle has 2" closed smooth hairline crack from base of ivory; fork handle with a 3½" closed smooth hairline crack from base to collar of bust and several small hairlines on head of figure.
