Hand-signed 8" x 10" photo of William Shatner as Captain Kirk from Star Trek, along with a terrazzo nugget (approximately 1½" x 1½") from his original dedicated Hollywood Walk of Fame landmark star, plus a personalized and numbered identification plaque in a 31½" x 17½" x 1½" ebony -finished wood frame with a triple matt. "Original Stardust" limited edition of 350 units. With a COA from Johnny Grant, the late Honorary Mayor of Hollywood and another COA from William Shatner stating that he hand signed his featured photo.
