H. Aston U.S. Model 1842 Percussion Holster Pistol. 8½" barrel, markings worn, metal likely cleaned at one time with overall silver patina and some graying at hammer. Brass along handle, trigger guard and butt, with original patina. Stamped with initials "W.A.J." in left side of wood above trigger. Condition good, nice overall appearance.
