Clark TLS as President of The Citadel, 1p, 11" x 8½", Charleston, SC, 1956 May 14, regarding the organization FOR AMERICA and a move to organize a third party to stop Ike, with which he would not be associated. With an 8" x 10" glossy photo. Joseph W. Stilwell War-date TLS as Commanding General, Army Ground Forces, 1p, 9¼" x 7", Washington, D.C. 1945 Mar. 2, sending his autograph; with a pristine FDC and block of ten 10¢ stamps. Very good to fine.
