Group of 18th and 19th century Fiscal Instruments from Philadelphia, Penn. Consists of drafts and checks and other fiscal paper from Philadelphia. We note one interesting sight draft from the Bank of North America Feb. 19, 1796. Many with interesting vignettes and Revenue stamps. An interesting offering that deserves careful scrutiny prior to bidding. Housed in an album, many with detailed descriptions. Lot of 89 notes.
