1858 Pattern Cent. Copper-nickel, plain edge. . Rarity 5. PCGS graded Proof 64. Nice hint of light golden toning. Well struck and choice for the grade. This popular pattern design combines the same reverse as in J-211 (oak wreath without shield) and the 1858 style flying eagle obverse with small letters in the legends. Boldly made and glistening throughout. Pop 15; 6 finer in 65. (PCGS # 11842) .
