Sharpness VF30 with a dig on the shoulder, corrosion near the edge left of the L in LIBERTY, small areas of shallow roughness around UNITED STAT, and myriad faint hairline scratches on the face. The remainder of the planchet is decent but not perfectly smooth either. Slightly glossy light chocolate brown mottled with dark olive. MDS, Breen state IV. The date and legends are bold.
