Lot 1139
1797 S-133 R5 Stemless Wreath. Good-5. Very slightly sharper but there is a fine horizontal hairline scratch across the obverse, plus a few less obvious ones on the reverse. These hairline scratches are old and blend perfectly into the attractive glossy chocolate brown toning. No corrosion or verdigris. The date is clear and the legends are complete, although the tops of UNITED are flowing into the rim. Rare LDS, Breen state V, with a die crack from the rim over the bust tip to the lower part of the neck.
