1797 S-128 R3. Good-6. M over E in AMERICA. Sharpness at least F12 but the obverse fields have been smoothed and the rest of the planchet is covered with very fine roughness. No verdigris or contact marks. Partially glossy dark chocolate and steel brown with some lighter steel brown toning in protected areas of the obverse. The date and legends are complete and clear, and the M over E error is obvious.
