1796 S-84 R3. VG-7. Liberty Cap type. A few points sharper but covered with extremely fine roughness, strongest in the fields and protected areas. The only marks are a pair of thin nicks under AT in STATES. Dark olive and steel. The date and legends are complete and clear. EDS, Breen state I.
