In 56 C.E. Nero gave Herod Agrippa II control of Tiberias and other lands; again, Agrippa is not mentioned on this coin's insciptions. This is, then, a civic issue. Seeing it will remind the reader of the palm branch type minted earlier by Herod Antipas, only with different dating schemes. No wonder we get confused!
