Great Britain. Shilling, 1705. S.3589; ESC-1136. Queen Anne. Second bust. Roses and Plumes. Hallmark insignia designate silver supplied by the Company for Smelting Down Lead. A most impressive and beautiful example of this distinctive coinage. Scarce and popular issue, but in a grade which makes this a Very Rare coin. NGC graded MS-63.
Estimated Value $1,200 - 1,500.
The Dr. Robert Hesselgesser Collection.
