A lovely gem specimen of this popular issue with bright red seal and serial numbers giving it a wonderful black-white-and-red aspect. This series of notes (they were issued from 1901 until 1928 despite all having the "Series 1901" imprint) is among the most attractive and hence the most popular. Gems are rarely seen now.
