1889 $1 Gold Indian. PCGS graded MS-67. Frosty and well struck. A scarce high quality Gold Dollar for the date, the last year in the 1849-89 series, this example displays almost enthralling luster whose satin surface is untoned, with sharp detail including the hair waves and the leaves in the wreath.
