1928-S Liberty Walking Half Dollar. MS-60 Plus. Lightly toned with abundant luster over both surfaces and the strong wide rims that typify this S-mint release from 1928. San Francisco Mint was the only facility to strike half dollars this year (as it had been in 1923 and again in 1927). A scarce date (PCGS # 6588) .
