1883 Liberty Seated Half Dollar. PCGS graded Proof 65 Cameo. A nice bold strike with golden toning on both sides. Well detailed for this more difficult P-mint Proof from the low-mintage 1880s, a coin whose golden color deepens at the rim to steel with blue accents, shimmering on the highlights. All this, plus the razor-sharpness, adds considerably to the appeal of this nearly perfect Gem. One of the smartest looking Proofs of this date and grade. Only 1,039 Proofs struck.
