1827 N-11 R1. MS-60. Chocolate and light olive brown with faded mint color showing through in the fields and protected areas, about a third of the red remaining. Lustrous and attractive with only a few marks, including a splash of slightly darker olive toning from star 13 to the 7 in the date, a small planchet flake at the dentils over the N in UNITED, and a shallow planchet void on the rim at the bottom of the reverse. LDS with crumbling at the brow and under the nostril. Great eye appeal for the grade.
Estimated Value $1,000 - 1,500.

Realized $1,495
