1800/1798 S-191 R3 Style I Hair. Overdate 800 over 798. VG-7. Glossy steel brown and chocolate. No corrosion or verdigris, but there are some minor contact marks, including a couple light rim bruises at the bust tip and a small rim nick at the A in STATES. The date and legends are complete and clear except for those portions of the reverse affected by the strong die swelling of the late die state. The overdate feature is visible on all 3 digits (800 over 798), but is only obvious on the 8 over 7). LDS, Breen state VII.
