Lot 2030

1800 C-1 R2. PCGS graded AU-53. Frosty dark steel brown and chocolate with generous traces of faded mint color remaining in protected areas of the reverse. The only significant mark is a shallow horizontal nick on the cheek left of the nostril, and this mark may be a pre-striking planchet void. Otherwise this piece is choice and offers the eye appeal of a solid AU50 example. M-LDS, Manley state 4.0. EAC grade EF45+, close to AU50.
Estimated Value $750 - 1,000.

Realized $891
