Spain. Turiasu, c. 125-80 BC. AR Denarius (3.96 g). Scarce. Bearded male head right, with curled hair; Iberian letters around neck. Reverse: Horseman right, with couched lance; Celtiberian legend TURIASU below. Villaronga p. 264, 15 var.; Burgos 1911. Perfectly centered on very round flan. Unusually attractive for this series. Choice Very Fine.
