1793 Flowing Hair Cent. Chain reverse, "AMERICA" in legend. . S-3 R3-. PCGS graded VF-20. Glossy chocolate brown with medium brown toning on the highpoints. The surfaces are smooth and display only a few minor contact marks, including a couple small planchet chips or rim nicks over UNITED and a nick between the bases of that I & T. Excellent eye appeal. The date and legends are complete and clear. Late die state, Breen state III. EAC grade F12 and above average for that grade.
