Lot 805

1868 Indian Head Cent. NGC graded MS-65 Red. Well struck, fully lustrous and light golden-tan in color. A beauty, with nice original color on undisturbed surfaces free of discoloration. Furthermore, it comes solidly graded, an example that displays above-average striking definition for a Mint State 65 from this year. This is to say that the strike is complete, not even a single missing feather vein on the headdress over Liberty's head to keep this coin from being full. Pop 14; 3 in 66 Red at NGC. (PCGS # 2092) .
Estimated Value $3,400 - 3,600.
