1828 Classic Head Half Cent. 13 stars. . C-3 R1. MS-60. Lustrous medium brown with bluish steel overtones and traces of mint red remaining on the reverse. A string of very tiny ticks in the field above the head are the notable defects. The reverse is choice. LDS, Manley state 4.0.
