Great Britain. Gold Crown, ND. S.2626; Fr-236. James I, 1603-1625. Second coinage. Mint mark, Tun. Crowned bust right. Reverse: Crowned square shield. A virtually mint state example of a popular denomination which saw a lot of use as a circulating coin. Tough to find in this high grade. NGC graded AU-58.
