1834 Capped Bust Half Dollar. Large date, small letters. NGC graded MS-64. O-104. Toned on both sides. Smooth, blemish-free luster gleams serenely on the satiny, attractively toned surfaces of this carefully made O-104 half dollar. A flicker of light gold accents the spaces around the stars and provides a shadow effect behind Liberty's hair curls, with comparable splashes around the letters in the legend on the reverse. Pop 117; 85 finer (PCGS # 6165) .
