1869 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. PCGS graded MS-63. Needle sharp strike and very lightly toned. A very choice example with a barely noticeable small mark on the arm just above the shield. Scarce in mint state; more common as a Proof. Only 16,000 minted. Pop 5; 3 finer, 1 in 64, 1 in 65, 1in 66 (PCGS # 5474) .
