Bradley, Richard. New Improvements in Planting and Gardening. London, printed by W. Mears, 1719, 3rd edition, 7¾" x 5". Over 340 pages, including 5 engraved, fold-out plates. Original lightly decorated leather binding with gilt spine lettering. Some minor margin notes contemorary to the book. Light foxing and normal age toning to pages. The book also includes Bradley's :The Gentleman and Gardener's Kalendar" for 1720, inscribed by Bradley himself. A very fine copy and interesting book on English garden methods.
