Transaction between Joseph Mendonca and Gaspar S(y)ilva relative to land in Kamauanui, Mokuleia and Kawaihakai in the District of Waialua on Oahu, Hawaii, 6 pp bound with purple ribbon at top, 12½" x 8". The land is identified by original Royal Patent numbers and livestock branded "S.NE" is included in the sale. Signed by Samuel N. Emerson, U.S. N Emerson (widow of J.S. Emerson), and W.R. Castle (as Notary Public), each with a green seal. Fine; light wear. Five embossed revenue stamps in margin of first page and one on second.
