1795 Liberty Cap Half Cent. . C-5a, R3. About Good-3 Without Pole. Thin Planchet. Sharpness EF40 but corroded. No verdigris, but the roughness has obliterated the 5 in the date and a few of the letters of the legend. Holed and expertly plugged at TY and the fraction, with those areas skillfully reengraved. Slightly glossy dark steel and chocolate.
