Decorative Match Cases in Silver. U.S.A., and Elsewhere, 19th - early 20th century. A high quality group, mostly in sterling, with two gilded. Several with floral engraving,or with monograms or inscriptions (one dated to 1895). These mostly American, with a few British (one Birmingham, dated to 1904/05). Material generally well preserved, but inspection suggested. Cases may have imperfections; the lids may sometimes show slight dents. Heights: 1-3/8" - 2-3/4". Lot of 9 items.
