Document Signed as First Vice President of the Famous Players-Lasky Corporation, 1p, 13x8", New York, 12 May 1920. Lasky was going abroad "to supervise the inauguration of a studio in London, England," and, not having his income tax receipts for 1918 or 1919 with him, was required to give this sworn affidavit that he had paid his taxes.
