Document Signed, 2pp, 13x8½", 13" x 8", no place, 30 June 1933. Very Fine. An agreement between Frank Capra ("Party of the first part") and Joseph B. Walker and Sheldon K Johnson ("Party of the second part") regarding "a certain communicating device" in which Capra had invested and which needed further investment.
