1874 Colorado Mining Claim. Mining claim granted to Lewis Wolfley upon the Bell Tunnel Lode No. 1 in Clear Creek County, Colorado, 4pp (3 sheets), 18x12½", Washington, 8 June 1874. Very good. Page 1 has a lovely vignette, page 3 a map of the claim, and page 4 is the official grant, signed by President Grant's secretary, with the red seal and green ribbon.
