(Hawaii) 1858 Honolulu Land Deed. Document acknowledging receipt of $3,250.00 by Oral Woods, previously a resident of Honolulu, but currently residing in New Bedford, Mass., from Richard Coady for the purchase of their house and lot in Nuuanu Valley, 4 pp, 12½x8, Boston and Honolulu. Oral and Ann Wood signed with their red seals on 8 Sept., 1858; the Boston notary public signed with a large red wax seal on page 2. Page 3 was signed by Coady in Honolulu on 5 April. S.A. Baldwin signed the docket. Fine.
