(1795) Washington "Liberty and Security" Penny. Lettered Edge. . Breen 1254 Fine 15. Slightly sharper but the head is flattened a bit and shows some incuse marks that caused a slight bulge on the reverse at the right side of the shield. A planchet void on the rim at K-5 on the reverse is the only other notable defect. Glossy chocolate brown with frosty lighter brown in protected areas.
