This lovely Choice frosted Proof is finished in satin luster on the designs with glowing fields as pools of reflection plus superbly impressed devices including the stars. Only a few scattered light hairlines. Pop 3; 21 finer; 16 in 64; 5 in 65. (PCGS # 87018) .
