Fr-632. 1902, $10 National Bank Note, TNB Cumberland, MD. . Fr-632. . KL-1236. PCGS Very Fine 25 PPQ. This is a note that many Maryland collectors thought couldn't exist. In over 85 years, this is the first and only one to ever surface. Since this bank was liquidated less than 1 year after these notes were printed, it was thought that most, if not all of these third charters, were never released. Although we're hesitant to ever use the word "unique", it would certainly surprise us to find another one of these 3rd charter notes any time in the near future.
